Looking at the following schools right now, but won't apply to all of them:
Harvard EA
Stanford
Penn
Princeton
Chicago
MIT
Columbia
Washington St. Louis
Northwestern
Michigan
NYU

SAT - 2350 (750 verbal); SAT II's of 800 (IIC), 790 (World History), 760 (Bio M).
AP's - 7 5's and a 4.

I've taken the hardest courseload at both of the schools I've been to (public school where I was in the top 2 or 3 out of 600+ and current top private school that doesn't rank).

Above-average to good EC's + recs. Looking to do something in either economics or business. No preference for location, but I am looking for a few more "safe bets" to apply to and maybe a few financial safeties.

Northeastern
Fordham
Penn State
Wake Forest
Clark

All good matches for you, and excellent schools...

As for safeties, you have atleast a 100 options where you can get some big scholarships, both need and non-need based, you just have to decide which is for you. College Board has a good tool for this:
