If you think you have a realistic shot at Yale and Stanford, then GWU is a safety. AU would also be a safety that fits many of your criteria.
AU from my understanding has a fairly traditional campus, it just is in the major city of D.C. GWU’s campus literally is D.C and is definitely urban (a selling point to some, and a detractor to others). Good luck!
