<p>Is there really such thing as a safety school for transfers? Or is the one that you're already at? I'm trying not to go down in terms of academic reputation and rigor when I transfer. That being said, I don't want to be left without options for the Fall.
My high school stats were good enough to get me into some top schools, and I have a 4.0 in college so far. I guess I'm just seeing if anyone has some suggestions for some reputable transfer-friendly schools that could be a safety of sorts (not exactly the right term, I suppose).</p>

<p>USC might be considered a “safety” for a student such as yourself. You might even will a scholarship there too. They accept 1000 transfer students a year, so unless there is some “dark secret” you are hiding, I’d say you would be accepted. Why do you want to transfer?</p>
<p>I assume you mean Southern California? (I’m from the South, so the only USC I ever hear of is S. Carolina 
) I actually ended up attending one of the not so top schools I got into, due to merit aid. Haha, no dark secret, but I have missed the deadline for USC. I am transferring for a whole host of reasons-financial, social, academic, the whole nine yards</p>

So tell me more of what you are looking for. As I’m sure you know, transferring into highly selective colleges is even harder as a transfer student than as a a freshman.</p>
