Safety school?

I'm sorry if I've posted in the wrong section, I'm new to this website!

But anyway I'm a British applicant, my British qualifications are so far so good but I only got 2290 on the SAT and don't think I'm going to retake. I'm taking 2 subject tests in October and I'm expecting them both to be somewhere between 720 and 780. I've got some extracurricular commitments including community service. I'll also need to apply for financial aid which will probably drag my chances as an international student down. Realistically, what would be a good safety choice for me?

This is my list at the moment (in no particular order) but none of them looks 'easy'..

Cornell University
Middlebury College
Amherst College
Dartmouth University
Yale University
Hamilton College
Johns Hopkins University
Washington and Lee University
Swarthmore College
Williams College

Thanks!

Any school that is less selective that you would be willing to go to… Maybe a state school?

I don’t think they’re very keen on international aid, that’s the problem… are there less selective private schools?

Plenty. Too many to name. All based on personal preferences.
