Hey, I have mostly As and A+'s with a couple Bs. I've taken 6 AP classes and I'm 11th in my class. Can anyone recommend some good safety schools for me?? Preferably in the northeast, central Atlantic area :)

What state do you live in? The best safety schools are probably your state’s public universities, especially regional/smaller campuses.

Have you taken the SAT or ACT yet?

Thanks for replying! I live in NJ and I’ve looked at Rutgers as a safety school but I’m personally not much of a fan. And yes I took the SAT twice and my super score is a 1920

university of Pittsburgh
Muhlenberg college

A safety has to be affordable. How much will your parents pay each year?

My parents are really strict tuition-wise. They obviously won’t pay a ridiculous amount but they’re flexible if I really love a school. Preferably around $30,000-$40,000 per year

Oh I meant aren’t*** strict with tuition

Talk to your parents about a yearly budget so you know FOR SURE.

$30-40k per year won’t pay for many/most privates but could pay for a number of OOS publics.

What is your major and career goal?

What about UDel?
How about some southern schools. Safeties for you, beautiful campuses, good academics, and within your stated budget.

What is your M+CR from one sitting?

Yes, $30-$40K would cover costs at many OOS public universities, including:
New Hampshire
Clemson
Florida
Maryland
UMass
Tennessee
Pittsburgh
S. Carolina
Virginia Tech
Alabama
the SUNYs

With your grades and rank, many of these should be safe.
