Safety schools?

Could someone suggest some safety schools for me? The schools I have applied to are all reaches or matches. Here are my stats and thanks in advance:

White female
Location: New Hampshire

SAT I scores:
Total: 2200
Reading: 770
Math: 630 (ugh)
Writing: 800 (Essay:11)

Sat II scores:
U.S. History: 750
Literature: 740

Class rank:
as of last year: 25/808
GPA: 95 unweighted

AP :
Last year: AP U.S. History, 5

The others I plan to take this year:
AP Bio
AP European History
AP Literature
AP German

Plus, Junior year I was in Honors English and Honors German 4 (I am in AP 5 now), which are basically AP classes that don't have the test as an end goal. Same with Honors English this year. My other classes are A level (at my school, there are A, B and C level classes, or Honors/AP when offered)

Extracurriculars:
German Club (Student Senate representative, VP Sophomore year) 9,10,11,12
Inklings (creative writing) 10,11,12
Stage Crew 11, 12 (about 12 hours per week)
Pinkerton Players (drama) 11,12
Five Stones Project (entirely student run non-profit organization- we raised $55,000 in 2004 to build a school in the Dominican Republic. That summer, I went to the DR to help run a camp. I am the secretary...we've been on hiatus for a little while though...and will be until I finish college stuff because the administration at school wasn't very supportive of us) 10,11,12
History Club (VP) 11, 12
Playwriting 11, 12
Tower (literary mag) 10,12
Challenge Program (at Rivier College...25 Sophomores and Juniors from my school are selected each year to participate during either sophomore or junior year) I don't think I mentioned this at all on any apps though...

Work Experience:
A video rental store 6/05-12/05 15 hours per week

Honors/Awards:
University of Rochester Social Sciences/ Humanities Award, 2005

National Foreign Language Honor Society, 2005.
Scholastic Art Award Silver Key, 2003
Scholastic Art Award Honorable Mention, 2003
National Merit Commended Student, 2005

Recommendations: Should be excellent

Essays: I've been told they're great

how about unh?

Well, that was my original plan...I just don't know if I need others. I'm sort of weighing my options...but thanks! :D

just curious, why are you thinking about this now? A lot of safety schools have rolling admissions and you should have applied to them a couple months ago.

also no offense but don't you think it might be pretty easy to come up a list of safety schools? Your stats are good, you are in New England where there are plenty of good schools, I mean UMass, UConn, UVM, all come to mind immediately, plus Syracuse, Ithaca, there are so many I'm wondering if you haven't applied to any safeties, how come? Also it would be helpful to list what you feel are some of your reach and match schools.

PS great stats

Thanks for your reply (criticism and all :)) I know UNH for one has a February deadline, which is why I am thinking of this now. And I don't quite understand rolling admissions I guess. I thought that the point of rolling admissions was that you could apply later, not earlier. I have applied to the following schools:
Brandeis
Dartmouth
Lehigh
Tufts
Reed
Williams

I haven't applied to any safeties yet because I think the deadlines are generally later, plus I haven't really looked into any. I'm more focused on my dream schools, of course. ;) Also, application fees are killing me and my mom won't be convinced that I didn't apply to too many schools. And thanks for the PS too. :D

emmery, yes the safer schools have later deadlines. But here's the thing with some rolling admissions--some of the better ones (Penn State comes to mind) will pretty much close admission once they fill their class. For instance if you applied there now there's a chance you wouldn't get in (I mean their main campus) because all their slots would be filled. So I'd get some apps in asap.

I think you can regard any of these as pretty safe: Trinity, Union, BU, Skidmore, Gettysburg, George Washington. I believe with just a couple of schools like this you'll be fine. Brandeis, Lehigh, Reed and Tufts are certainly realistic (but not a sure thing for most), and who knows about D and W but you certainly qualify. Good luck.

Thanks very much for your reply (esp. making rolling admissions clear to me)!
