Safety Schools?

<p>Hi, I have had a lot of trouble thinking of safety schools. If you have any input on a safety school based on academics it would help a lot!
SAT Score: 2030
Math: 720
CR: 690
Writing: 620
(I am planning on taking the SAT again and focusing on getting my writing score up)
ACT: 29
I have a weighted 4.2 GPA and unweighted 3.7
My school doesn't have a rank system but I think I would be in the top 10%
I am looking for a school that has around 5,000 people (give or take a couple thousand) and I I would prefer schools on the east coast, but any are fine.

Also, get a copy of the Fiske Guide to Colleges and start browsing to help you refine your search.</p>

<p>affordability isn’t the biggest issue, preferably under 40,000</p>

<p>many privates are costing up to $60k per year, so if that’s not do-able, then money can be an issue.</p>

<p>Check out your state flagship. That might serve as a safety. Or look at state flagships for east coast states.</p>
