<p>Hello... I'm a senior in high school which does not rank students. I'm pretty sure I'm in the top 20% of my class though. My college choices are as follows...</p>

<p>I want to go to a school good for business. I applied EA to schools I'm not as interested in because my essay is not great as of now and changes still need to be made... or I need to simply write a better one.</p>

<p>I'm white, but both my parents are immigrants from Ireland (if that helps), but my mom went to college. I live in New York.</p>

<p>I am also taking English Honors, taking Spanish V and economics. I'll also be doing senior seminar next seminar where I'll intern somewhere; I hope to intern at a bank or someplace I can learn about business.</p>

<p>I've been playing soccer for my HS 4 years, am in the national honor society, I'm the secretary of the Science Honor Society, treasurer of the soccer club and I'm a delegate for the Student Organization. I'm also a member of the Spanish Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta (Math Honor Society). I am the sales manager of the Event Staff of our school plays and am responsible for calculating profits, expenses and such.</p>

<p>I've been working as a lifeguard since last November and was recently promoted to Pool Manager.</p>

<p>I've been an altar boy since 1998. I now am the leader of the altar servers and serve as their mentor; I teach all new servers how to serve. I also am an assistant teacher for religious education for 1.5 hours a week.</p>

<p>Please tell me what you think my chances are like! I've done a lot of research, but what school on my list is the best school I have a decent shot at getting in?</p>

<p>well your reaches are BC, NYU, and Colgate for sure. dunno bout the others.</p>

<p>Scranton should be a safety and Fordham too...</p>

<p>I think your list is structured well. You have a good range of schools and I think you will be able to get into most of them. Your reaches aren't too high which is good.</p>

<p>BC is a reach. NYU match/reach. your in at the rest. nova's a high match. but i think your in. good luck</p>

<p>I think NYU and BU will be no on those stats, sorry to say.</p>

<p>If you want schools good for "business" try Babson (Reach) in Boston, Drexel (Likely) in Philadelphia, and Northeastern (Safety) in Boston.</p>

BU: Match. Your test scores surpass most, from what I know, and it seems as if you've taken a pretty rigorous courseload.</p>
