SAIC vs. MassArt for Graphic Design

Hey guys! Looking for a little help making a decision here. I've been accepted into SAIC, MassArt, University of WA and wait listed at RISD-- but after financial and program consideration, SAIC and MassArt are my top choices. I have yet to visit either campus (planning to within the month), but this is what I've got in mind for both at the moment:

MassArt
-Significantly cheaper to attend than SAIC
-Great city location
-More Focused Graphic Design program
-More emphasis on technical skill (?)

SAIC
-A few thousand more to attend than MassArt
-Great city location (Better than Massart's?)
-Greater resources (Access to the Art Institute Archives, more facilities, etc)
-Quality Faculty requirements (They have to be working artists, and they're re-evaluated every 2 yrs, whereas MassArt is a state school so teachers may be 10year'd)
-No specified GD program
-Fine art/conceptual focus vs. technical

Any advice based on personal experience would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you.

While SAIC does not require specific course sequences for most programs and has more general degrees than degrees in specific majors, there is a specific course sequence for visual communication design, which is the name they use for graphic design. Similar to many other schools, you have to receive approval to take junior level VCD courses.
