<p>This website states that all applicants will be notified by February 22, 2011. This means that if any of us are not semifinalists, we still will receive email notification.</p>

<p>I don’t want to rain on your parade, but pages 2 and 5 of that document only say that semi-finalists will be notified by Feb. 22. I agree that the first page makes it sound as if everyone will get an email, but I just don’t think that will be the case.</p>
