Same ACT composite, different sub-scores; which do I send?

Hi everyone,

I took the ACT twice and got the same composite but different sub-scores. Which one should I send to colleges, for the ones that don’t super score?

Sept. 2019 - C: 32 E: 35 M: 28 R: 33 S: 31
Oct. 2019 - C: 32 E: 34 M: 27 R: 36 S: 30

My intended major is public relations/communications and the schools on my list that don’t super score are American, USC and UT Austin. Thank you for your help!
