What's a good freshman and sophomore schedule for someone interested in majoring in Business Administration?

Something that covers the prerequisites:

[Prerequisites, Undergraduate Program - Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley](<a href=“Application Process - Undergraduate Program - Berkeley Haas”>Application Process - Undergraduate Program - Berkeley Haas)

I.e. include the following:

R&C A and B (unless covered by AP English credit – 4 for A, 5 on Literature for A and B)

Economics 1 (unless covered by 5 on AP Economics micro and macro)

UGBA 10

Math: One of the following:
- Complete Math 53 or 54.
- Complete two semesters of calculus (Math 1 or 16).
- 5 on AP Calculus BC and Math 1B or 16B.
Note: if you use AP Calculus (other than a 5 on BC) to start in a course higher than Math 1A or 16A, Haas wants you to complete Math 53 or 54.

Statistics 20 or 21

Breadth courses and/or courses for alternate major or minor.

So you can probably do something like:

Semester 1:
R&C (if needed) or breadth*
Math
Economics 1 or UGBA 10
breadth*

Semester 2:
R&C (if needed) or breadth*
Math or Statistics 20 or 21
UGBA 10 or Economics 1
breadth*

Semester 3:
Statistics 20 or 21 (if not taken previously) or breadth*
3 breadth*
Apply to Haas

or courses for alternate major or minor

so ucbalumnus, this course load satisfies 60 units by the end of the first year?

No, you’ll still need to fill in semester 3 and 4 with other courses to get up to 60 units, unless you come in with lots of AP and other credit.
