Depending on what your major is going to be, I’d say you have an above average chance of getting in. SAT score seems a bit low however. I also applied to SDSU but I had a 34 on my ACT and a 4.1 W GPA. Best of luck!
Your Eligibility index calculates out to a 4068. 4100+ is competitive for most of the majors at SDSU. I would say it could be 50/50. Much will depend upon the strength of the in-coming Freshman class this years and where SDSU establishes the EI cutoff for each major. Make sure you have some solid Match and safety schools on your list.

For engineering, your odds are very low because all majors are super competitive. Apply to CPP and other CSUs with good programs.
