Most Community Colleges don’t provide housing.
They generally have a board that lists rentals but these are not affiliated with the community college. <a href=“Housing - Santa Barbara City College”>https://www.sbcc.edu/housing/
The area of Santa Barbara is removed from the LA area, so you must have transportation. Public transportation is limited and the area around SB is vast. Please take this into consideration if you plan on attending. Also if you think you will be then able to transfer to a university with in-state rates, that won’t happen. You would be considered an Out of State student/ international student. You can’t establish residency by attending a community college.
