I have applied to Santa clara university for Fall 2015 (Computer Science) EA.
I have a 3.3 (unweighted) GPA from a very competitive high school.
ACT : Math 31 and composite 27.
I am an instate applicant.
I have great Extra curricular activities and a genuine essay.
What are my chances?

GPA and composite is on the lower end of the spectrum. Your math ACT is great, a big factor in computer science probably (dont know much about it). Good luck! We find out december 30th about.

@pdeviraj not sure what your chances are, but some decisions have been going out since last Friday the 12th. My daughter got deferred for Biology Major and found out today.

Her stats are as follows:
ACT 29
SAT 1880
GPA 4.28
High School: Private Catholic
In State

Let us know if you got in! Good Luck to you!

I got deferred today with an ACT of 25, UW GPA of 3.87, and W GPA of 4.28 idk if that helps

Son was accepted today at SCU with UW GPA 3.78, ACT 33. Declared computer science. Also accepted to Fordham last month.
