So I recently got accepted into SCU under arts and sciences after getting deferred from the business school early action. I really loved the school when I visited, and consider it my top choice. However, I also got into LMU early action for business (liked it quite a bit), and got a small scholarship (5500) from them. I am thinking of applying for more merit aid from LMU, as my grades increased significantly first semester of senior year. Also, I got into Chapman for business with a much bigger scholarship (16k), but liked the feel of LMU and SCU more. If I were to go to SCU, I would major in communications, which sounds very interesting from what I heard of it, and likely minor in entrepreneurship or retail studies.
My parents can afford any of these schools, but are also having me contribute some. So, if I were to go to a more expensive school, I would have to work more in the summer (already secured a job). I'm unsure if I actually want to do business, but it sounds interesting and pays well, so I might want the option of doing it. an someone tell me more about the communications program at SCU, what potential outcomes are, and whether the school is worth the extra cost compared to LMU and Chapman?
