Santa Fe College to UF, info please?

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I'm starting my freshman year at Santa Fe College and hope to transfer to UF next Fall when I obtain my AA. I should have a year completed going into Santa Fe with all of my AP/IB credits. Could someone give me information on transferring to UF from Santa Fe? I plan to transfer into Journalism. What GPA is required? Is meeting people hard at Santa Fe? What extracurricular look good on a transfer application? Attending UF for Journalism is my dream and I HAVE to get in. Thank you! </p>

<p>A lot of students at Santa Fe plan on attending UF so you shouldn’t have trouble meeting people. <p>Just make sure you complete the critical tracking courses and earn the gpa required for your transfer major and you should be good. I’m thinking journalism is probably competitive, so do the best you can do grades wise. </p>
