Santa Fe College transferring into UF

Hello all,
I’m new to this site, so bear with me.
I want to transfer to UF with a major in Psychology soon. I know it’s one of the hardest to get into. I’m not sure what “Limited access” means towards this major, so if anyone can clarify that to me, that would be great!

Anyways, It requires General Psychology (which I received an A), Pre Calculus Algebra (Also an A), Statistics (in progress) and Trigonometry (which i received a C)

And in the requirements its listed that you have to receive a grade B or higher.

This scares me, because I’ve done great in the other courses except Trigonometry because of a rough semester plus an awful professor. Will one class break it for me? Can I prove to UF Psychology department that I am qualified if I take a math class higher than Trignometry and pass it with a B or higher, like Calculus?

Also, Is there any other way I can raise my chance to get into UF department of Psychology?

Thank you.

Ravi08: Have you been able to get the answers to your questions from June 28? If not, consider going to the “Gator Den” at Santa Fe’s NW campus. Academic advisers from the UF College of Liberal Arts & Sciences (which includes Psychology) visit the the Gator Den regularly. The SF staff who work there are great and connecting SF students with the UF academic advisers.
