I’ve been out of college since Fall 2010 and am now in the process of enrolling, My Problem is I currently do not meet SAP requirements for student aid. I only attended two semesters while I was enrolled, Spring 2009 and Fall 2010. Spring 2009 I attempted three courses of which I passed one, Withdrew from one (an EMT course which I did not maintain B or better) and failed one course. Fall 2010 my wife (Then Girlfriend) was put one bed rest due to pregnancy complications and I had to withdraw from all my courses two weeks into the semester. I am now in the process of trying to enroll for Fall 2016 classes but I have to deal with my past first. I need to appeal my SAP status and really need help on how to do so. I do not have the funds to pay for classes out of pocket in order to bring my SAP status into good standing with out the use of financial aid so my only option is for an appeal to be granted. I need to know how to write a SAP appeal letter based on life experience since I left. I now have three children and have been gainfully employed since I left school. Can anyone help me with links to example appeal letters along similar lines as mine, or any tips as to how to write this appeal?
