Sara Bishop for Chem 6A?

So I was looking at the professors who are going to be teaching Chem 6A and looked them up on rate my professors. But no one so far has rated Bishop yet.

I was wondering if any of you guys who have taken her class (or know what people who took her class said of it) could tell me what the class is like?

Thanks in advanced.

Never heard of her. Perhaps she’s a UCSD researcher or something, I’m not sure :O

google her to check other universities she’s taught at then try the website again…

^^^Your username is also Sarah, not really Sara but it fits. JK JK JK
again, Just Kidding, I second drsarah’s post BTW.

She was a TA for my physical chemistry class and has probably since got her PhD – really awesome teacher, I’m sure she’ll do a fantastic job with general chemistry.

@Astrina: Does she teach the material well (like in a way that its easy to understand)? And also, how helpful was she?

i said she was a “really awesome teacher” and had no complaints …

what makes a teacher/TA like Bishop awesome?

^ Seriously. She could be awesome for being hip or cool, but not awesome for being a good lecturer, lol.

I was wondering, how hard is CHEM6A. I only took regular chemistry and my teacher was not very good

i dont think Bishop is teaching fall quarter though right? Czworkowski is the last one available this quarter.

you know that the fall quarter class schedule is online, right?

@rameezkhan: come on, “awesome teacher” uses awesome as an adjective to modify TEACHER, not person. if she was a sub-par teacher of any sort i would have mentioned that first.

Hmmm. Thats weird. I dont see her name on the class schedule list for 6A anymore either.
