Sarah lawrence chance? Please respond

I really want to go to Sarah Lawrence College and the three main things they look at are essays, recommendations, and rigor of school schedule. I think I'll manage an okay essay and definetly recommendations but I'm really nervous about my school schedule. I'm only taking 2 AP classes and I took very few honor level courses. My GPA is about a 3.6 and I'm in the top 30% of my class. My freshmen year ruined me, I had three B+'s in non-honors and one B- in a non-honor class. Should I look elsewhere?, will my schedule be okay?, I'm so confused and need some clearing up!
Since they don't look at SAT scores they must look very closley at my schedule right?
I have really good extra curricular activitys if that counts for much, and I'm only a junior. Still, very nervous.

Anyone? If you'd like me to chance you I will.

Please..anything would be good right now.

Since SLC is so holistic, it's really difficult to figure out what chance you have. When I visited, the girl that led our info session said that the main thing they want is "someone that will fit in with the SLC community." Thus, they reject some people with impressive stats and accept some people with those that are less than impressive. I'd say interview, if at all possible, and truly show yourself (and your interest) through the essays and you have a good shot. Good luck!

My advice would be to take as rigorous a load as you can (not overextending yourself) next semester and your senior year. And really concentrate on the essays, I have heard they are possibly the most important part of your application. And, this goes without saying, visit, interview, let them know of your interest. And if it's appropriate, apply early. It's a great school for the right kind of student, just make sure that the fit is right. Good luck!

Thank you both so much!
