If you're going to criticize liberals, it'd be nice if you could spell correctly. I understand that it's a typo, but still. It's barely different than John's "SPIC".

She charged rape victims for their rape kits, and fired a guy for wanting to investigate sexual crimes. If that's your definition of kind, then I really don't know what to say.

She doesn't know anything about foreign policy. What is wrong with homosexuals anyway?

I mean, I'm a Christian. I go to church every Sunday. I'm straight. My best friend, however is gay. In case you think that you can "cure" a homosexual, as if it was some kind of disease, you're dreadfully wrong. Whether or not homosexual people love each other is something we cannot stop; it's love. Just because they can't get married, doesn't mean they'll stop loving each other.

I'd rather have drug addicts getting help than have them on the street, begging and stealing.

In her defense, she is not the top of the ticket.

In case anyone forgot, the one running for the presidential spot is actually John McCain, who said that the fundamentals of our economy is strong. He has no excuse for that statement. The economy is in absolute, complete chaos.

By the way, Obama will raise taxes for the extremely wealthy. Believe it or not, taxes help the nation. We have seen what tax cuts can do. We now need to see what taxing the rich can do. It's only fair to observe both sides of the spectrum.

I admire your zeal, and I agree with most of what you said. But I was a little surprised that you took my comments at face value. I guess I didn't make the irony clear enough.

Raising taxes on anyone tends to be bad for the economy. If people have less money, they will spend less. Bottom line. Less spending=worse economy. The economic crisis we have today isn't about taxes, it is about subprime lending and rising energy costs to an extent.

Some of you realllllly need to watch the O'Reilly interview of Obama. Obama doesnt know anything about the economy and that interview is proof enough.

So many lies about Palin...and how could somebody honestly think McCain is an evil liar?! He served our country his whole life for christ sake! Its disgusting even to hear that.

That's why Obama proposes cutting taxes for the middle class. The elites don't need any more cuts because they stash away their dough in untaxable overseas accounts anyway.

And don't cry crocodile tears for the super-wealthy in vain hopes that we will all one day join them. It probably ain't gonna happen. Don't fall for the Horatio Alger myth.

"Raising taxes in a tough economy isn't patriotic,'' McCain said at a rally in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, today. "It's not a badge of honor. It's just plain dumb.''

cool pugfug. whats YOUR point? no more links please. a possible 1 % of ccers will open 2 of the 15 you post. i dont want to know what other people think from you.. i can google that. what is YOUR point. not the point of mccain or palin or every other republican. can you formulate your own arguement?

I like Sarah Palin because she thinks the soldiers in Iraq are on God's mission. I doubt she really knows what missions God is working on at the moment, but it means she believes in God. I'm not sure what God, exactly, either, but I assume it isn't Allah. I have to think it's the father of the Jesus depicted in all those pictures hanging in churches all over--the Jesus with the nordic bone structure but real tan with 60s hair. If she believes in that God, it's good, because it means she believes in kindness and doing what's right and in being good looking in an anglo kind of way. That means what we are doing in Iraq is the right thing, even though most of the rest of the world just doesn't get it.

Erm... Allah and the Christian God are the same "person". Allah means "God" or "the Lord" in Arabic. Arabic Christians call their "God" "Allah". Judaism, Christianity, and Muslim all worship the same "God", they just believe he's done different things.

Funny how this thread has completely died in the wake of actual issues emerging as important in this election. When this election is more like American Idol, Palin supporters come out and party. When this election is more like an election, they shut up and hope that she doesn't say anything stupid.
