<p>BU is one of my top choices but I am worried I wont get in… I have already gotten into UConn, Case Western, Penn State and a few other schools. I applied to Sargent College of Health as a health science major and I am wondering if anyone knows how hard it is to get into. Is it easier or harder to get into than the other colleges at BU? </p>
<p>Here are my stats:
ACT score: 30
Weighted GPA: about 3.6 (my school weights GPAs weird)
AP classes taken: AP US History, AP Art History, AP Psychology, AP Statistics, AP Biology
- I also am taking an honors english class and 4 years of spanish
- I am one of the yearbook editors
- Swimming and Softball
- A bunch of other clubs/school activities
- I have around 400 hours of volunteer work and a letter of recommendation written from one of the organizations I volunteer for (JDRF- Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) I have raised $20,000 and I am the most involved teenager in my local JDRF chapter so the letter talks about that
- I also have type 1 Diabetes (I have heard that it does help you get into schools sometimes and my essay has to do with living with diabetes and it shows how motivated I am)
- I also go to a very good public school in CT.
