please tell me if i should go for a hand score verification...i've secured 780 on writing 800 on math and 630 on cr!
i think i had changed some answers on my CR section but had not erased the old ones properly (i am only speculating over that!)
does the scanning machine reject correct answers if the answers are not adequately well-erased..will i be given marks if the examiners who verifies the score manually acknowledges the correctly marked option .
i am afraid the scanning is not all that accurate because if i view my essay in my account it appears to have too much of overwriting and is not clear at all while actually if one would read the hard copy on which i had written my essay he/she would not face any problems deciphering what is conveyed.

please please please reply soon…i am really confused…i’m from india and 55 dollars is a really exorbitant affair!

dont get it rescored. not worth it. a 2210 is a very good score.

I having this issue myself. I know I omitted two questions on the SAT CR because I was so tortured throughout the test about it, but the collegeboard full report says I hadn’t. This is pretty much a guaranteed 20-30 point score increase if I do the service, but is that worth 55 bucks?

Edit:
Looking over the score report, I see that it says I answered all passage-based questions correctly. That’s impossible, I know I missed at least one because I checked the answer once I got home. So there’s a possibility my score may go down as well.

thanks for replying!!! so do you think the scanning is error prone?
