<p>My Sat score is 2010. I have never taken the SAT2s.
I looked at websites of several schools I want to apply to and most of them only ask for SAT1 or the ACT(Northwestern, Cornell, Duke etc)</p>

<p>I was planning on taking SAT 2s this fall since I don't have any SAT 2 scores but now I am wondering whether I should not care about SAT2 and focus on raising SAT 1 score since most of the schools don't even ask for SAT2s although they will look at it if submitted...</p>

<p>If the schools don’t ask for the SAT2s, don’t bother taking them. It will be a waste of your time and money. I would also not recommend retaking the SAT1 (or taking the ACT) unless you have the time to devote to studying and testing without distracting from your college courses.</p>

<p>SAT scores are a lot farther down the list of importance this time around. Focus on your college grades, essays, and letters of recommendation.</p>
