So im taking Ap bio this coming year and would me studying for Ap bio and the Ap exam be enough to take the SAT 2 for bio e/m or should i do extra stuff for the SAT 2 Bio ?
Please and thank u :)

My guess would be yes. The AP exam usually teaches you more than you need to know for the SAT 2. I think the chances of it not covering everything in the SAT 2 is slim. No one’s taken the new AP Bio course yet though, so I would ask your teacher.

AP Biology is an ideal class for the SAT II Biology. The AP Biology class covers everything on the SAT II Biology and more. I think you will get atleast a 700 on the SAT II Biology after a year of AP Biology.

Thanks ! i just thought about it though Ap bio is kicking out plants and body systems … so would i need to study those for SAT 2 ?

Yeah, definitely study plants and body systems. They killed me on the SAT II Biology. But then again, maybe my poor SAT Biology score was because of my subpar regular high school biology teacher.

Yeah, body systems are huge on the test. I can’t believe they’re taking it out next year e.o; Read the Barron’s book through - it really helps.
