@Whatever0 yes even I had 4 T Fs on the left . I got 3 TTCE .
@kjamie430 strong base was koh , used to test for cl was agno3 then blue solution was cuso4

does anyone remember the question that asked about what compound burnt caused a yellow colour? It threw me off I think I chose A. I think some of the answers were like titanium, calcium, some form of copper
Its sodium according to the flame test
How many TTCEs did you get?
Does anyone remember those three questions about ground states and energy, the one with the energy level diagram. Were the first two answers A(the one with a low arrow going from the top to the bottom,)
@damnphysics I believe I got around 4 TF on the left side
@TalhaK123 I chose a for the first one but I think I chose e for the change that requires the most energy I don’t remember the last question
Oh god how many questions can we get wrong to get like 730+ I’m so worried
@xoxocatz Wasn’t the second one asking for the maximum release of energy? So I think it should have been going down. I’m not sure though, I probably got it wrong.
@TalhaK123 nah you probably got it right I have no idea I guessed XD
What did you put for the pure water graph? At wha point was it boiling? I think I put D where 1atm hit the right curve
Yeah that was it.
Can anyone else remember how many TTCEs they had?
I had four, with two in a row.
anybody think this test was hard? or was it easier than you thought?
@kjamie430 I thought it was the same difficulty as Barron’s tests, so I guess relatively difficult? It’s hard for me to say because my school doesn’t actually teach that kind of chemistry, it’s a different curriculum, so I had to self-study everything. It probably won’t be as hard for people who’ve learned about it in class
5 TTCE, the first one and 3 in a row near the end of the section, with 1 somewhere in the middle
What was the answer to the question Na + H20 = ?
I dont remember exactly what the options were…but the answer should be 2Na + H2O - Na2O + H2
@Mohijito Was the question asking to balance the equation? Or just complete the equation?
No shouldn’t it be
Na+ OH- and H2???
@Ruba97 hmm yea that’s what I marked.
@JuicyMango we had to complete the equation.
@Jordie12345 Can sodium ionise if it is not bonded to other atom?
When I looked it up it makes NaOH(aq) and H2(g) @Mohijto
