I’m registered to take the math IIc and Spanish SAT 2s this Saturday. Looking over the math material and practice tests, I’m realizing how unprepared I am for it. My question is: do most colleges require a math SAT2? I’ve searched the admissions pages of most of the colleges I’m interested in, and they all just say any two or three, but is math expected? I already have good scores on biology (E) and literature, if that makes a difference. Should I go for the gusto and take it or switch to another test?
Thanks!

Look at the colleges you'll be applying to. They're all different. Where are you looking?

i think math is preferable, math 2 is easy, don't worry, the curve is really in your favor, 8 wrongs is like 750+, so... even if you guess completely you'd probably get 650+ and with little knowledge in math 700+ and if you get over B in calc, you should get 750+.

Oh yeah. If you take the mathII, don't even look at the percentile. An 800 is only like 90% because only smart kids take it. a 750 will be like 70th percentile. The colleges know this and don't care.

None of the colleges I'm looking at require it (the "strictest" is Wellesley, which asks for one to be math or science). I just don't want to be stuck with an ugly score on my score report, especially since I have enough good scores without it.
