<p>when did most people who applied take them? i am a hs junior and haven't taken any yet. I am thinking about taking the spanish one because i am really good at that language.</p>
<p>i took my chemistry subject test in may 2008. i was a junior and had just finished AP Chem. </p>

<p>Most people at my school take the SAT IIs in May.</p>
<p>If you’re taking any AP classes and you want to take an SAT II in the same subject (like for US history or Bio or something), it’s probably best to take it in May or June since the information will be fresh in your mind from the AP test. </p>
<p>Personally, I took mine in June of junior year and October of senior year. I think taking them at the end of the year is best. That way the information is still fresh in your mind, and if you don’t do as well as you’d hoped, you have a chance to retake them/take different ones in the fall of senior year (which is what I did).</p>
