SAT accepted score in Columbia

<p>What's the general SAT score u need to make it into Columbia?</p>

<p>You need at least a combined Critical Reading, Math, and Writing score of 600.</p>

<p>it has been said quite often that there is no cut-off score. All competitive schools determine admission from all parts of the student’s application and simply whether or not you fit the school. Though a good friend of mine got into Columbia with below a 1300 combined two years ago and a mediocre GPA, I can’t imagine her anywhere else.</p>

<p>I’d say that 1300 (Math + CR) is a believable score, I’m not sure about what you mean by “mediocre GPA” though.</p>

despite what everyone thinks, a really low SAT score will probably get you rejected no matter what.

<p>It was around a 94, which is not at all hard to get at my school, especially since she also took relatively easy classes.</p>
