I know these topics pop up all the time, and I know there are conversion charts out there, but should I send in my 29 composite ACT (sections range from 28-31, 11 essay) along with my 2070 SAT (710 CR, 660 M, 700 W, 10 essay)? I'd say they're about equivalent, but the school I'm applying to ED has an ACT score range that is somewhat higher. Anyway, it seems that my SAT is higher given their range, so maybe I shouldn't only send that? Juuust wondering if there are any outside opinions before, say, tomorrow?

I don't think it'll make a difference at all whether you send them or not. If I were you I wouldn't send them just because it costs money to send (doesn't it?), but then again you did take it and you don't want your effort to not be recognized.
