SAT/ACT Registration...

Two quick questions…

If I take the SAT IIs in November of senior year, is that too late to send them out with applications?

I am signed up to take the ACT in April and I listed four colleges that I wanted them to send my scores to. But now, I want to take those four colleges off so I have the luxury of deciding if I want to send those scores out or not. How do I cancel the college choices that I put on my registration…I am kind of confused about this whole sending scores out to colleges thing…I was putting colleges for my SATs since I figured that the collegeboard always sends out scores on previous tests, so it wouldn’t matter if I took advantage of the free score reports, but I guess I wasn’t thinking about the ACT when I registered…anways, thanks!

bump.........

Depends on school and type of app. For Early Action/Early Decision, it would be too late for some schools but not for others; you should check the college's website for each college for which you are considering applying EA or ED for cut-off dates. For regular decision, it should be good for all that require II's.

You would need to contact the ACT and request whether you can change your app to remove the designated colleges.
