I applied for fall semesters of a couple UC’s back in November and I just remembered that my sat scores aren’t sent to two of them and my act scores arent sent to any of them. Here is what my ACT/SAT scores page looks like on my application

If you send your SAT score to one UC campus, all campuses will share the information. In regards to the ACT, if you have not sent any scores, it is probably too late. I would contact each campus to see if you can still send the ACT scores. They may just put your application aside until they receive them. Good Luck.
