SAT/ACT Scores for transfer to Top schools

Hi,
I am applying to transfer to Yale, UPenn, Brown and several other selective schools for Fall 2012 (entering as a sophomore). I received a 2160 on my SATs and a 33 on my ACTs... which score do you guys think I would send that would make me the most competitive applicant?

ACT, no question.

33 = ca. 1460/2190

Your ACT is a little higher, so if section scores are pretty much the same, then go with the ACT.

I don’t know about Penn and B, but Y does not accept Score Choice and requires 2 Subject tests, so it may also depend on what your Subject test scores are.

Entomom, are the SAT/ACT scales standardized? The one I looked at said a 33 = 2220

I use the CB and ACT tables (they only give for CR + M, so I calculate for 3 sections):

[The ACT | ACT-SAT Concordance | ACT](The ACT Test for Students | ACT)

You could always send both… they’re both in the around the >98 percentile.
