For my first ACT, my scores were 33E(8 on the essay), 36M, 36R, and 30S, with 34 as composite. I was hoping to improve my science score, and retook the test in September. My science score did improve but my scores on the other sections dropped rather drastically(29E(8 again), 30M, 31R, 35S). Should I bother sending the second score? My SAT Bio score was 780- would that offset the 30?

I also took the most recent SAT and got a 2180 (710CR, 800M, 670W, 7 on the essay)- should I even send these scores?

OP, not sure you can send SAT II without sending SAT I as well. Doesn’t college board send all scores? No, wait, I believe they’re sent by date taken so you should send first ACT and SAT II’s. Good luck

Harvard subscribes to score choice without restrictions.

In your case, ACT with Writing score of 34 (is better than your SAT I score) and two SAT subject tests will meet Harvard testing requirements but remember to always check with the school (website or call the admissions office)
