Hi I was just wondering if UMich had a score choice policy in place? Do I need to send all my scores or just the highest composite? And if I take the SAT in October, am I not allowed to send it in for EA?

For UMich, you may send whichever score you want. For October SAT score, it is a little but tricky though. What the adcom recommended is to have a previous score sent in (may it be SAT/ACT) before the deadline so your application will be complete for EA. Then the new score will be added to the file when it arrives before the review. If the application is considered incomplete for EA, it will be automatically deferred to RD.
