SAT/ACT Study Plan!

I just ordered a few books here are the list:

The official SAT Study Guide (2nd edition)---The blue book
Gruber's Complete SAT Guide 2012 (13th edition)
Direct Hit core vocabulary ( 5th edition)
Direct Hit toughest vocabulary (5th edition)
The Real ACT (3rd edition) ----The red book
Cambridge SAT Victory (9th edition)

I have all these books but I don't know how I should be studying for the SAT and ACT I am taking them both in June. I've gotten horrible PSAT scores TWICE! The first one was 1250 and the second time's score was 1230.( Breaking the score down, the critical reading was 400, the math was 430 and the other was 400). I have never taken the ACT so idk how that will be like, but I heard it's easier. How many hours a day should I study, what should I study, how many words should I memorize.I don't even know how I will write an essay in 25 minutes! That seems impossible for me, any tips on that too? I really want to score in the 1800 range or even higher so that my chances in the University of Washington goes up. So please help me out, thanks!
