SAT/ACT/Subject test help please

First I'd like to say that I'm very interested in playing Sprint Football at UPenn. While it does not boost my chances of admission greatly, being an athlete does increase my chances nonetheless. To be blunt, without football, I don't know if I would necessarily be able to get into Penn. So I understand my scores are low to begin with, but just put that aside.

I got a 31 on my ACT (E:33/M:33/R:33/S:25/W: 31/9). The middle 50th for Penn is 30-34 I believe so I'm in that range. On Penn's website it says..

"the SAT (which includes the Critical Reading, Math, and Writing sections) and two SAT Subject Tests
 OR

the ACT Plus Writing"

Here's my issue. I did not do well at all on the SAT. I got a 1210/1840. I don't know what happened, but I decided that the SAT was not for me and I tried the ACT which I fortunately did well on. Penn requires all test scores but I really feel that my SAT scores will hurt my chances of admission.

However, I feel that my US History Subject Test (750) might help. Is there any way I could send in just my ACT and my subject test score without sending my actual SAT Reasoning score?

No, Penn is unequivocal that the complete testing history be sent:

They don’t give any additional conditions or exceptions.

Isn’t it true that Penn will take your highest scores? If thats the case, then maybe they could ignore your SAT I and just use your ACT and SAT II.

MIT… so regardless, admissions officers will ignore my SAT score? Isn’t it kind of hard to forget? You know what I mean?

“To be blunt, without football, I don’t know if I would necessarily be able to get into Penn.”

Have you had contact with any of UPenn’s football coaches? Have you been actively recruited for football by a coach – in other words, the coach has seen you play either in films that you submitted to him, or in a showcase, and you’ve been invited to UPenn by a football coach for an “unofficial visit” where you attend a practice, and meet the staff?

If not, then your football experience is really secondary to your academic credentials (course rigor, GPA and test scores) and you will have to be accepted on those merits – and your football will just be seen as another EC, such as music, theater, debate etc.

I don’t know whether you can do this but maybe you can just not self report your SAT score and just send it from College Board.
