SAT Advice Needed Please

I just finished my junior year in high school and now I am a senior.

I want to go into Pharmacy in college and my top schools are:
Rutgers University, University of the Sciences of Pharmacy, St. Johns, and Northeastern. But my top, top, top, top priority is Rutgers University and I really want to get in.

I took my first SATs in January and got CR: 440, Math: 660, Writing: 530 with a total of 1630.
The second time I took the SATs this month at the beginning of June I got CR: 560, Math: 650, Writing: 670 with a total of 1880.

I increased my CR by 120, Writing with 140, and Math went down 10 =(
They say that the 2nd time you take the SATs your score goes up about 200 and mine did (250), but how much more does it go up from the 2nd to the 3rd time you take it?

I took the SAT Math Level 1 Subject Test in December and got a 710 (out of 800).

My GPA is about a 3.7-3.8 and I have taken classes like Microbiology and Organic Chemistry, Physics, Pre-Calculus my junior year, and passed with A’s (92-98). I am taking AP Calculus, AP Biology, and maybe Autonomy my senior year.

Should I take the SAT a third time in October to get a little bit higher score than an 1880 to get into Pharmacy? And also what subject tests should I take (I was thinking maybe Math Level 2 and Biology/or Chemistry?)

Is it true that when colleges look at your SAT scores they look at the highest score on each section from all the SATs you have taken (for example, if I got a 650 in Math and 610 in CR the first time and a 630 in Math and 630 in CR the second time, would they take the Math from the first SAT and the CR from the second SAT?)

Also does anyone know where I can find out where I can find the SAT scores required for pharmacy for Rutgers University?

Thank You So Much =)
