SAT Advice (retake and a few other questions)

I have a few questions. First, I am debating whether I should retake the SAT for the third time this October. Last October I scored 710cr 720m and 630w (8 essay...). I retook in June with very little prep and scored 690cr 740m and 750w (11 essay). Superscored, it's a 2200. I am looking at Brown, Tufts, Middlebury, and other top schools. I have great ECs, leadership, course load, and community service. So, like I said, I am wondering if I should retake for a third time to try to bring up my math and critical reading scores.

I also have two quick questions about admissions. First, I am South American Hispanic (Argentinian) and I heard that only some Hispanics get the benefit of a URM hook, is this true? Second, my school does not rank, does this affect my chances at all? If they did rank, I would most likely be first. (Hopefully these other questions aren't in the completely wrong place...)

Thanks for your time!

Brown i know for a fact is extremely difficult to get in. So I’d say to be safe you want to aim for 2300+. Retake definitely.

I think being hispanic should help you. Get above 2300, have great essays, teacher rec’s, and interview and you should get in.

No-rank means that they’ll look at your scores more. And if you have solid grades you should be fine.
