Do you think it’s worth taking the SAT again if I have above a 2150 composite? I have a higher ACT score and nearly perfect math score on the ACT but my SAT math score is average. I think it looks bad that my SAT math score is low…
I’m debating to take the SAT for the fourth time. What do you suggest?? should I take it again (applying to Ivys)?
Please give your opinion. Much appreciated!!!
It really depends upon which schools you plan to apply to.
If your ACT score is really good, you don’t need to send in SAT scores.
dont take it again! go with the ACT. im in a similair boat but my SAt is slightly better than ACT
Why would you even consider submitting the SATs if the ACTs are that much higher?
All testing history must be sent to two schools… Is it worth taking it again?
I wouldn’t take it again unless you are highly confident that you will do better the next time since all testing history is required. A 2150+ composite is very solid and if your ACT is better than that it will only help how it is viewed. Obviously, the risk is you take it again and do worse which will just hurt your average score which they will probably consider if they have all of your test history.
