I am a senior and I plan to apply to rutgers new brunswick. I am confident I will get accepted, but I also want to get scholarship. Right now my sat score is around the 1800~1900s so I have a very slim chance of getting scolarship. And I dont think my sat score will improve dramatically for the tests on october and november. So I was wondering, can I send my old 1800 sat score along with my application in 2013, get accepted, and then take a new test later in 2014, get a better score, and submit it to rutgers for scolarship?

Nope, you can’t do that.

Uhh, it depends on Rutgers’ deadline for test scores . . . so it might be possible (unless you know the Rutgers deadline is earlier). UA-Huntsville, for example, would allow this. Don’t know about Rutgers, though.

And waiting until 2014 to test is kind of pushing it. Can’t you retest in December?
