<p>Im taking the ACT on feb 9th (i know this should be on the ACT board, but it seems dead...), is the SAT and ACT similar? Intro, 3 points, conclusion</p>

<p>The only difference I see is for the ACT, you're not required to give examples from lit. and history and its 5 min. longer.</p>

<p>But are the basic structure similar?</p>

<p>you aren’t /required/ to give lit/history examples on the essay on the SAT, are you?
ACT has a science portion, SAT doesn’t.</p>
