Im taking my SATs again in senior year. I was thinking about doing them in October, then subject test in November. The act I was thinking november or December? However will scores be in time. I'm putting all my applications in by november but I'm applying regular decision if I were to take the ACT 2 times could I do it both in november and December or will that look bad per say if I didn't do well on it the first time. Subject test I'm only taking once because I heard not many people take them 2 times. I'm going to sene in three though I think. Im not really sure how the score thing works. Do colleges see all of them when you send it.

Colleges all have different policies. For some colleges, the testing deadline is December, so yes the scores will be in time. It’s normal to do not so well the first time, and some colleges either look at your highest composite score or your highest scores from all sittings.

I don’t believe there is a November test date for the ACT. If you want to take the ACT twice, it’d have to be in October and December. I think pretty much all colleges have regular decision deadlines in January, so scores should be in on time. However, I agree that you should check each college’s policy just to be sure.

oh okay, thanks guys!

Take the ACT in September, then you know if you’ll need to take it again

And check the college’s websites/call the admissions offices to make sure that you’ll be fine with score deadlines.
