sat and act scores

Ok so if I took the sat as a sophomore to "see what the test was like" (aka didnt study) and didnt do so hot, but then took the ACT as a junior and did well, they won't consider the sat, right?

you may choose to only send in ACT scores instead, and not send in SAT ones. unless you want to submit subject tests to them as well.

in general, they only look at your highest SAT scores, so you'll be fine taking the SATs in soph. year. but if you wanted to "see what the test was like," why can't you just buy a collegeboard (the blue one) book and time yourself?

Don't you have to submit subject tests, regardless of your "main test" choice (SAT or ACT)? So, they'll see your SAT scores but definitely send in the ACTs, too--they'll use the better of the two for admissions decisions.

well im a senior now, and i took the test as a sophomore ... so i guess i cant take that suggestion lol

and yes, i have to submit sat scores so they get the subject test results
