<p>Don't know what you mean by GPA not great. SAT score is fine for all of them. None of those state colleges (all the ones you list except Sarah lawrence) provide need based aid to internationals and will not accept you unless you can verify you have sufficient funds to cover the costs. UT Texas is getting more and more difficult for non-Texas residents to get into because it is required to take any Texas resident that is in the top 10% of his class and in the last few years the percentage of applicants applying under the 10% rule has been increasing steadily requiring the college to decrease the number of non-resident/international admits. Wisconsin and Georgia also favor in-state residents although you will probably have a good chance at both of those depending on GPA. GTech does not favor in-state over non-residents and you have a good chance there if GPA is decent. Sarah Lawrence the same.</p>
