SAT and Direct hits

I got my sat score and as I predicted my lowest score was CR (690). I intend to improve my vocabulary and retake the SAT. I recently finished the Direct hits volume 1 5th edition, but I could not find the Direct hits volume 2 on the internet, just the 3th edition (2011). Someone knows if there is a big difference between the edition from 2011 and 2013? I know that the 5th edition has 215 words rather than 200 compared to the previous one, but is this the only difference?

Has anyone used both books ? or even just glanced them? I would love to know what your opinions. Thanks

The books, honestly, didn’t help me…because I always got the vocab questions right.
But most of my friends told me that Meritzer book is way better than the Direct Hits, and I’ve seen friends who used the Meritzer and fixed up the vocab issues.

Personally, I don’t think it helps.

There is not much difference between both 2011 and the 5th edition so u can use your 2011 edition instead.
