<p>English is my second Language, And I perform Poorly on the SAT English sections, will collages consider that English is not my first language and that I only had 4 years of high school to learn English? Could I explain in my admission application the reason why my SAT score is low ?<br>
Also if anyone has any advise for me on how I could study to improve the writing section specially. on the SAT I will greatly appreciated.<br>
I have a 4.2 UC GPA and numerous hours of community service
I Score 700 Math, 560 CR and 440 Writing section</p>
