SAT and SAT II: Math Prep Books?

<p>Can anybody give me a good list of books that you highly recommend for both SAT and the SAT Math Level 2 tests? For SAT Math Level 2, what do you guys think of Dr. Chung's SAT Math Level 2? I might also get the official books from college board. Also, does anybody have any good advice for these two tests? Such as when to take it, a good study plan, etc.</p>
