<p>You should probably use Princeton Review and Barron’s to prepare.</p>
<p>^ I agree with the person above me. Actually, just today I bought the Barron’s book for the SAT II Biology E/M. I haven’t looked to much into it yet, but I did read all about cellular respiration lolz and they go into a lot of detail with good explanations and illustrations. Plus, they give quizzes at the end of each section, which helps :)</p>
<p>And as to which you should take, that all depends on what you feel more comfortable with. Which do you like more and are better at: molecular biology (like cells, cell structure, cell processes) or ecology (ecosystems, analyzing data)?</p>
<p>Personally, I’m going to do Biology M because I prefer molecular biology and cells as opposed to ecology. Ultimately, it’s all about what you feel comfortable with- plus you don’t have to make a final decision until the day of the test :)</p>
